Katie's close friends recount to Rachel the tale of the legend of the cursed filmtape and Katie's friend Becca is in a mental institution for watching Katie dying. Katie's boyfriend, as well as two of her closest acquaintances, also passed away due to strange accidents that occurred that same night around 10:30 pm.
